Paul Vogelman

I founded Orion Equity in order to help hardworking people learn about and invest in passive real estate investments to help them diversify their portfolios. I have meaningful experience as a business leader, having held many roles as a senior leader and executive in the technology space, overseeing large-scale hypergrowth operations at Square, DoorDash, and Rula Health.

I am also a former Bain & Co. management consultant, where I consulted with large, public companies on pressing strategic issues. In 2017, I began focusing my efforts on learning how to earn passive income, diversified from the market. Since then, my passion for real estate investing has only grown, and I have pivoted my career to finding ways to earn passive income through real estate and helping others do the same.

I have independently invested in over 35 multifamily real estate deals and have sourced and originated 22 private commercial loans. I have syndicated investments to help those in my network since 2021, always ensuring heavy vetting of the opportunity, clear and consistent communication with investors, and always putting my own money into any deal where I would put someone else’s.

I founded Orion Equity to help others looking to earn passive returns with a sponsor they can trust.

I hold a B.A. from University of Wisconsin-Madison, a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
